WG provides online trading services for various financial instruments including but not limited to stocks, forex, cryptocurrencies, CFDs, and ETFs. Our services include access to trading platforms, market analysis tools, educational resources, and customer support.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of our services as described in our fee schedule. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with prior notice to you.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium; (b) using any automated system to access the service; (c) attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of WG or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WG expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall WG, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
